Who Do We Want:
We are looking for a talented and motivated High Ticket Sales Closer to join our team! You will be responsible for qualifying and converting leads, identifying new prospects, and driving revenue growth. You will be expected to design effective sales plans, track progress against goals, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational alignment.
In order to excel in this role, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to develop trusting relationships across stakeholders is essential. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in high ticket closing in the info product space. Previous experience with Close.io or other sales CRMs is a plus!
What You Will Do: ☯
- You’ll be an essential part of our brand launches, acting as both a player and coach. Initially you'll focus more on the player side, taking calls (at least 6/day) and working in a sales rep role with the intention of developing into more of a coach sales manager role.
- Build an effective strategy on Close.io to grow revenue goals
- Create processes that optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the entire sales cycle
- Analyze data related to target markets/accounts; develop strategies based on insights
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders within the organization regarding sales performance
- Identify specific tactics to ensure retention of existing customers
- Stay current on info space technology trends, emerging markets, competitors’ developments and other news in order to provide accurate advice
Who Are You:
- Proven ability to create relationships with prospects
- Proven track record in high ticket closing in the info product space
- Proficiency in handling data analytics related to target markets & accounts
- Demonstrated knowledge of info space technology trends; able to advise on competitive developments
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build trust quickly
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self directed & proactive work ethic; able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to identify new markets and potential customers
- A solid understanding of the competitive landscape
- Expertise in pipeline management and lead qualification
What Crushing It Looks Like:
- Success 30 days in: have at least one closed deal under your belt, understanding of KPI’s and meeting the minimum metrics, full understanding of the sales process
- Success 60 days in: 10% close rate
- Success 90 days in: thinking of innovative ways to change the sales process and beginning to also act as a coach
